Use of Equipment

ELC - Owlets, PS1 & PS2
  • Students should return their learning packets of supplies when returning to on-campus learning
  • Additional classroom materials and individual supplies needed for learning that week will be distributed where possible and collected and disinfected before use by another student
  • Materials that need to be shared (classroom libraries, mathematics manipulatives, etc.), materials are kept within the designated cohorts and not shared across cohorts
  • Equipment that is used by different cohorts (for example PE, music, art equipment) will be sanitized between lessons.
  • Students will often work outside in the fresh air and each have a washable personal cushion for sitting on the ground
Elementary K-G5

  • Materials that need to be shared (classroom libraries, mathematics manipulatives, etc.), materials are kept within the designated cohorts and not shared across cohorts.
  • Students will only use their own iPad or Chromebook; these devices must not be shared. Students will sanitize their hands before using these devices
  • Equipment that is used by different cohorts (for example PE, music, art equipment) will be sanitized between lessons.
  • Students will often work outside in the fresh air and each have a washable personal cushion for sitting on the ground
MYP
  • Students should not share equipment, including laptops, chargers, and phones.
  • In Phase 1, students will not be using the specialist rooms for Art and Design.
  • Any shared spaces (e.g. Art Room and science labs) and materials will be cleaned after each use.
  • PHE equipment, both indoor and outdoor, will be cleaned after each use.
DP
  • Students should not share equipment, including laptops, chargers, and phones.
